At Cruel Creatures Press, each piece is crafted with care, whether it's a physical miniature or a digital STL file. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part.
Physical Miniatures and other physical items
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged
The item has a manufacturing defect
The incorrect item was sent
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Clear photos of the item and packaging are required
Items must be unpainted
Approved resolutions may include:
Replacement of the item
Partial refund
Full refund (at our discretion)
Return shipping costs are handled case by case and are typically covered when the issue is due to our error.
Custom orders
Custom miniatures are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
This includes but is not limited to :
Custom pet miniatures
Personalized designs
Commission sculpts or modification to sculpts
If there is an issue caused by damage during shipping or a clear defect, we will work with you to resolve it.
Digital Products (STL Files)
Due to the digital nature of STL Files:
No refunds or returns are available once the file has been purchased.
This applies to all digital products, including free and paid files.
If you experienced a technical issue (corrupted file, missing file, or download error), contact us and we will provide assistance or a replacement file.
Shipping issues
Cruel Creatures Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or carrier errors.
If a package is marked as delivered but is missing:
Please contact your local carrier first
We will assist where possible, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins
Once printing or preparation has started, cancellations are no longer available. (This includes once designs are drafted for custom orders)
