Processing time

Most physical miniatures are made to order 

Processing time is typically 3-10 business days. 

Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity and communication. 

Processing time does not include shipping or transit time. 

Digital Products (STL Files)

Digital products are delivered electronically 

Downloads are available immediately or shortly  after purchase

No physical shipping applies to digital items. 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout

We ship primarily through USPS but can be flexible depending on customer needs. 

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier: 

United States: 3-7 business days after shipping 

International: 7-21 business days (may vary) 

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Customs, Duties, & International Orders

For international orders:

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties 

Cruel Creatures Press has no control over customs processing times

Delays caused by customs are outside our control

Incorrect Address 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address: 

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs 

Refunds are not guaranteed once an item has shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Cruel Creatures Press is not responsible for: 

Packages marked as delivered but missing 

Theft after delivery

If this occurs:

Contact the carrier first 

Reach out to us and we will assist where possible

Replacements or refunds in these cases are handled at our own discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
