Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of handmade and resin printed items slight variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise .
By placing an order, you agree that:
Payment is required at checkout
Orders may only be canceled before production begins
Once production starts, the order is considered final.
4. Custom orders
Custom miniatures are created specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale once production has begun.
By commissioning a custom piece, you acknowledge:
Artistic interpretation may vary slightly from reference images
Minor variations do not constitute defects
Production timelines may vary based on complexity, workload, and communication.
5. Digital Products (STL Files)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
By purchasing or downloading an STL file, you agree that:
Files are for personal use only, unless a commercial license is explicitly provided.
Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or uploaded to other platforms.
No refunds are available once a file has been purchased.
Unauthorized distribution of digital files may result in legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, images, branding, and content produced by Cruel Creatures Press are protected intellectual property.
You may not:
Claim our designs as your own
Sell or distribute our designs without written permission
Use our artwork or models for commercial purposes without a proper license.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
7. Shipping & Risk of loss
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon shipment.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Customs delays or fees
Please review our Return & Refund policy for issues related to damaged or incorrect items.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cruel Creatures Press is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Improper use of resin prints
Damage caused by modification, improper handling, or misuse
Resin miniatures and other items on this website are collectible hobby items and may contain small parts. Keep out of reach of small children.
9. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Resin products should be handled responsibly. Sanding or modifying resin may produce dust that should not be inhaled. Proper safety equipment is recommended.
By purchasing, you accept responsibility for safe handling and use.
